Meetings will be held at the EMSTAR Office,
1058 West Church Street , Elmira unless otherwise noted.

Remember: Please notify Council staff (607-732-2354 ex 102 or e-mail to strems @ stny.rr.com)
if you will be unable to attend a meeting.
Council Meeting Cancellation Procedure - If the weather is questionable (snow, sleet, storm warnings, flooding, etc.): By 3PM, Council chair will make a determination as to whether to hold the Council meeting. If the meeting is to be canceled, the regional "STAR" program will be activated and all members will receive an automated telephone call and/or e-mail. The information will also be posted to this page and the EMSTAR home page.
