QIPP Honor Roll
In order to qualify for the annual QIPP (Quality Improvement Program Participation) award, each agency must participate in at least 75% of the Area Quality Improvement meetings, including submitting agency reports. Hospitals must also participate in at least 75% of Regional Quality Improvement meetings, including reports. Agencies in blue received special recognition for five year participation. Agencies in bold have had continuous participation.
